Service Description: A tiled map service on the www that displays FSTopo Legacy data at scales larger than 1:144,448. This basemap is designed to display FSTopo Legacy data at scales larger than 1:144,448. This basemap, when used in ArcGIS Online web maps, should be added to the basemap group and the ESRI basemap should be set to not visible at scales larger than 1:144,448.
